You have the option to pay for the equipment upfront or lease it from us in easy instalments. Wisemonk provides leasing options over a 3 year period. You At the end of the leasing period, by default, you own the equipment. The details of the lease terms can be found on the product page.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, you will need to pay the remaining contract value at a discount rate if you cancel the contract before expiry.

In case of a leasing arrangement, Wisemonk will invoice you at the beginning of every year for all your equipment. Incase of upfront payment, you will receive your invoice as soon as your order is placed. You can either immediately with your credit card (payment processing charges apply) or do a bank transfer within 2 days.
